Our Fees
All Inclusive Childcare
Prices include all meals, drinks, nappies and wipes for under 3's. There are no hidden extras. Additional services are payable for those claiming EYEF.
Fees are payable monthly in advance by standing order. Fees are payable for all sessions booked regardless of attendance and are divided into equal monthly payments and already take into account Bank Holidays and the Christmas closure.
The actual hours of attendance are flexible to suit your needs (within the session times of 7.30am till 6.00pm). We also offer Term time contracts for teachers where you only pay for 39 weeks over the 12 months.
Guilden Sutton Day Nursery provides high-quality childcare and early education for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Open 51 weeks per year, we offer full-day sessions from 7:30am to 6:00pm, supporting families with flexible childcare options. We proudly accept government funding for eligible children aged 9 months, 2 years, and 3 + years, helping make quality care accessible to all families. Our dedicated team fosters each child’s curiosity, confidence, and love of learning through play-based, child-centered experiences.

Meals/snacks- Breakfast, snacks, At Guilden Sutton Day Nursery, we provide a variety of nutritious, freshly prepared hot meals throughout the day. Children enjoy breakfast, lunch, and tea, along with healthy snacks and access to a fruit basket available at all times. We offer a choice of milk or water with meals and snacks, and dairy-free or alternative options are provided as needed. All dietary requirements and allergens are fully catered for on site, ensuring every child’s needs are safely and thoughtfully met. |

Consumable charges cover essential items used daily to support children’s comfort, hygiene, and wellbeing while in our care. These charges contribute towards the cost of commonly used products, which may include, but are not limited to: · Nappies and wipes · Barrier cream · Sun cream · Calpol and Piriton (administered with prior parental consent) · Toothpaste · Toothbrush · Formula These consumables ensure that all children’s personal care needs are met consistently throughout the day, maintaining high standards of health, safety, and comfort within the nursery. |

At Guilden Sutton Day Nursery, we offer a wide range of enrichment activities and enhanced provisions that go beyond the standard funded entitlement. These are included within our additional service charges, which contribute towards providing an exceptional early years experience for every child. Our additional services include: · Access to our sensory room to support emotional regulation and sensory development. · Participation in specialist group activities such as Badgers Cubs and Rising 3’s. · Visits and trips off-site to extend children’s learning experiences. · External visitors and experiences, including animal encounters and gardening club. · Seasonal and celebration events, such as Christmas and Easter activities. · A-Star Sports sessions, promoting physical development and active play. · Musical and Sensory sessions in our baby room. · Gardening club. These services are designed to enrich the children’s learning journey and provide meaningful, high-quality experiences throughout their time at the nursery. |
