Our Management Team

Pat
Owner

Pat worked as a personnel manager prior to owning the nursery. She lives in Great Sutton with her husband Dave and has two children Simon and Penny, pug Frank and cat’s Burton, Archie and Monty. Pat loves going to the theatre and watching Penny in productions.

Lesley
Owner

Lesley worked as a primary school teacher working in both the private and state sector. She lives in Great Sutton with her husband David and has a son John, daughter Tori and two grandchildren Luke and Archie. Archie now attends our nursery!

Cat
Manager

Cat is our nursery manager and has been with us since 2008. Cat graduated from Chester University with Fda in Early Years and has been developing how the nursery uses different approaches to Early Years to best support our children.

Ffion
Deputy in Charge and Safeguarding Lead

Ffion joined our team full time in 2016 after being placed with us as part of her Early Childhood Studies degree at The University of Chester. Ffion holds a Level 5 NVQ qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development and uses her extensive knowledge of the early years to lead our Baby Room team. As a mother herself, Ffion understands the importance of care, nurture and support during a child's first years. Ffion is also one of our Deputies in Charge, DSL and supports personal development throughout the nursery.

Dawn
Deputy Manager

Dawn joined the nursery back in 2012 and holds a Level 3 qualification in childcare, she also holds many qualifications in care for the elderly which she did for ten years prior to working with us. Dawn is a mum herself and her daughter Amy used to work at the nursery too. Outside of nursery, Dawn likes to visit her daughter in Wales and spend time walking and travelling with her husband Duncan. They have visited many places together, one of their favourites being India. Dawn is collector of teddy bears and loves Winnie the Pooh and Jungle Book.
