ROOM 3 – THE PRE-SCHOOL ROOM
A big HELLO from everyone in Guilden Sutton Day Nursery Chester’s preschool room.
This is the room where we prepare the children for their next big step into school life. We provide them with everything they need to ensure they are fully equipped for what’s to come.
Pre-school is for children over 3 years old. As their days are packed full of fun and educational activities we provide a staff ratio of eight children to one member of staff to watch over them and guide them in the right direction in whatever they are doing.

We hope you had a fabulous Christmas break!
The children have been telling us all about their presents and what they have been upto over Christmas. Please can you bring in any photo's to be used on our displays. Also check out the gallery to see pictures of what the children were upto in the lead up to Christmas, visit from santa and of course our Christmas play.
This month the chidren will be focused on Chinese New Year making decorations and talking about the celebration. If you have anything that may be used or displayed we would be really greatful!
Gill's Notices
Please can you remember to bring in a water bottle for your child as it is easier for them to identify theirs.
Also please ensure you are checking the children's trays for their work or notices.
Please can you inform a member of staff of your child's allergies. We know that a few children are now allowed some food's so please keep us up to date.
We now have a 'Shocks and surprises' board in the room. This is to show the children what they have been upto at home and gives us topics for our planning.
