All members of our team are highly trained with many years of experience within the child care industry.Our people are our most important assets and and we endeavour to keep them happy, healthy and contented at all times and we hope this is reflected in our care. We have a very low staff turnover and most of our staff have been with us for a long time. We employ a balance of qualified Nursery Nurses and other caring staff with relevant skills and experience. The staff ratio for children under 2 years of age is a minimum of 1:3 and for children aged 2-3 years the ratio is a minimumof 1:4. Children aged over 3 years are cared for on a ratio of 1:8. We usually operete in excess of it.
